What is RAMLOG.NET?
Failure and Repair Data Collection - FRACAS
RAMLOG.NET is a web based application which collects, consolidates and reports failure
and repair data from multi-level maintenance scenarios. It provides the ability
to create, despatch and collect electronic:
- work orders
- job cards
- item orders and
- delivery notes
It provides System Managers, Supervisors, Maintainers and Store Personnel to manage
equipment assets, with respect to:
- stock and inventory control
- system utilisation and operational tracking
- as-maintained configuration control (i.e. configuration control during maintenance
and serial number tracking)
- collect system and equipment failure data
- collect maintenance and repair data
- collect supply and turnaround times/data
- implementation of a Failure Recording Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
An user inbox & outbox and a closed loop design, with data verification capacities
collects uncontaminated data. This data can be used in Reliability, Maintainability,
Availability, Maintenance and Support Analysis.
Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP)
RAMLOG.NET also provides a protal to use and view webbased Interactive Electronic
Technical Publications, created by the
RamLog Information Management Edition. R&M Technologies is currently
expanding the IETP capability of RamLog to conform to the International Specification
for Technical Publications, AECMA S1000D.
Licensing
Licensing is available via the internet (available on the RAMLOG.NET website) or
on a company’s internal network.
- RAMLOG.NET website: Licensing is available on a monthly/yearly basis, depending
on the specific requirements. R&M Technologies will provide a quotation for
these services after an analysis of the company’s existing maintenance procedures
and support environment.
- Internal Company network: Customization can be performed on an individual
basis and licensing requirements can be tailored to the requirements of the user.
